Water jet cutting uses a 60,000 psi jet of water mixed with a crushed garnet abrasive to penetrate and precisely cut materials to drawing specifications within fine tolerances. It’s ideal for processing unique materials where minimising heat distortion and its effects is a top priority.

We have in-house drafting capabilities and can process materials from customer supplied drawings and DXF files. Our cutting bed is 3000mm x 1800mm and is ideal for processing materials up to 32mm in thickness.
